Last updated: May 30, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of MeduTechs Journal at journal.medutechs.net (the "Journal"), operated by MeduTechs ("MeduTechs", "we", "our", or "us"). By using the Journal, subscribing to emails, or contacting us through the Journal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Journal.
1. Educational and editorial purpose
The Journal publishes educational and editorial content about anatomy education, AI, VR, 3D visualization, medical learning workflows, clinical communication, exam preparation, academic technology, and related topics. The Journal is intended for general informational and educational purposes only.
2. Medical, academic, and professional disclaimer
Journal content is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, professional clinical guidance, academic supervision, legal advice, financial advice, or investment advice. Do not use Journal content to make decisions about real patient care, diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, professional duties, academic assessment, or institutional policy without consulting qualified professionals and primary sources.
Medical knowledge and education practices change over time. We work to publish useful and careful material, but we do not guarantee that any article is complete, accurate, current, suitable for your jurisdiction, or appropriate for a specific institution, learner, patient, or clinical scenario.
3. AI-assisted content disclosure
MeduTechs Journal may use AI-assisted tools to help draft, structure, edit, summarize, translate, generate metadata, prepare visual concepts, support article imports, schedule publishing, and prepare newsletter campaigns. AI systems can produce incorrect, incomplete, biased, outdated, or misleading output. Readers should verify important claims with reliable textbooks, peer-reviewed literature, official guidance, qualified educators, and clinical or legal professionals where relevant.
You agree not to treat any AI-assisted Journal material as authoritative medical, regulatory, legal, academic, or professional advice.
4. No patient or sensitive data submissions
Do not submit protected health information, real patient names, identifiable case details, confidential institutional information, examination secrets, proprietary material, or other sensitive personal data through Journal forms, newsletter replies, or public email channels. If you choose to send information to us, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions to do so.
5. Newsletter subscriptions
If you subscribe to the MeduTechs Journal, you agree to receive journal emails and related publication updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us. We may refuse, suspend, or remove subscriptions that appear abusive, fraudulent, automated, or harmful to deliverability or security.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, articles, designs, images, logos, code, layouts, email templates, metadata, and other Journal materials are owned by MeduTechs or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, database, and other intellectual property laws.
You may link to public Journal pages and quote short excerpts with clear attribution. You may not copy, scrape, mirror, republish, sell, remove attribution from, or create derivative commercial works from Journal content without our written permission. You may not use Journal content, article databases, images, or exports to train, fine-tune, or evaluate AI models without written permission from MeduTechs.

8. User submissions and communications
If you send feedback, questions, article suggestions, research references, partnership inquiries, or other content to us, you grant MeduTechs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, review, summarize, and respond to that content for editorial, operational, research, and business purposes. We will not intentionally publish your personal contact details without permission, but you should not send anything you consider confidential unless a written agreement is in place.
